Looking pretty even after 70 minutes....
until the hand ball! and the red card!
The ref made a good call and the Algerian player used bad judgement to raise his HAND in the BOX to block a ball, so the red card was deserved... but it is a shame when the outcome of the game is so influenced by a ruling.
